Using the site

You may use the site to learn about our services, read the journal and contact us. Please do not:

• send false information through the forms, or someone else’s details without their permission;
• try to break, overload or get round the site’s security;
• copy the site’s content in bulk, or with automated tools.

What the information on the site means

Earnings, rates and occupancy on this site are estimates or examples, not promises. What a home earns depends on the home, its location, the season and the market. A valuation we send you is our honest estimate on the day, not a guarantee.

The journal is general information. It is not legal, tax or financial advice, and rules differ by city and change over time, so check anything you rely on with a professional.

Enquiries are not agreements

Sending us the form or a message does not create an agreement between us. We manage a home only under a signed management agreement. Our standard terms are on the management agreement page.

Guest bookings

The homes on this site are booked through the booking platforms they are listed on, or with Homlee directly. Each booking is governed by the terms of the platform or of homlee.co, not by these terms.

Our content

The text, design and our own photographs on this site belong to Homlee. You may share a link or quote a short passage with credit. For anything more, ask us first. Some photographs belong to others and are used under their licences, including Unsplash’s.

Other sites

We link to booking platforms and other sites we do not run. We are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your data.

Liability

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is, and it may sometimes be wrong, out of date or offline. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from relying on the site’s general information. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that cannot be limited by law.

Privacy

How we handle personal data is set out in the privacy notice.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and using the site after a change means you accept the new version.

Law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
